In 1987, Roberts Construction Company Inc. was formed in the state of South Carolina. Roberts Construction is a family owned and operated company with over 30 years of construction experience. We have been a South Carolina Residential Builder and a member of the Hilton Head Area Home Builders Association for 30 years.
Some of our completed projects include $1 million+ homes in beachside communities, and renovations to homes anywhere from $100,000 to $1 million. A few of our accomplishments include winning the Area Home Builders Association Lighthouse award, and having homes featured in the Architect’s Annual Tour of Homes. We have also had our projects highlighted multiple times in local publications such as Islander Magazine, Island Scene Magazine and Hilton Head Monthly.
We were one of the unfortunate families that was affected directly by Hurricane Matthew last October when our home was flooded during the storm. Obtaining contractors during that time was extremely difficult. Hiring Roberts Construction Company to complete a full home restoration turned out to be a great decision. The entire experience was actually pleasant. The were very easy to work with and we are extremely pleased with the finished results. Not only were they on time and on budget, their attention to detail, knowledge and professionalism during and after the project was phenomenal. The recent remodeling work you completed for us is fantastic! We had been very pleased with a major renovation to our Sea Pines home that Roberts Construction Company did fifteen years ago, so when it came time to do more work on the house, we immediately called Frank Roberts to help us with our plans to renovate four bathrooms.
